Claims up to 500 GEL amount are subject of immediate reimbursement via cash desk.. This requires the following documents:
- Form # 100 or a doctor specialist consultation offical paper with doctor's signature and stamp. The document should include patient's complaints and diagnosis;
- Check and receipt order of the cash;
- Identification card or passport
- Ardi Group’s Card

Claims above 500 GEL need additional document for banking transfer:
- Bank Account details of insured
